At Weston Homes, we operate differently than standard volume housebuilders. You will join a collaborative team of Architectural Technicians working together to deliver a diverse and challenging pipeline of upcoming projects. Our portfolio ranges from significant 1,300-unit master-planned developments to the intricate restoration and refurbishment of Grade II listed buildings.
In this role, you aren’t restricted to a single phase of a project. You’ll work within a multi-disciplined environment, collaborating daily with our in-house Land, Planning, Engineering, and Construction teams to ensure our bespoke designs are translated into high-quality technical reality.
The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Technical Packages: Produce fully coordinated, detailed working drawings and specifications for complex schemes using AutoCAD.
- Statutory Approvals: Collate and submit information to clear Warranty and Building Control conditions.
- Consultant Coordination: Source and integrate data from external consultants into comprehensive working drawing packages.
- Site Support: Resolve site queries efficiently and manage addendums in a timely manner.
- Quality Control: Check subcontractor information and sales brochures for technical accuracy and completeness.
