  • A little bit about the role...

  • Weston Homes Plc are a residential developer prominent in Greater London, Cambridge and the surrounding areas within the South East of England. Our projects are all bespoke and include new build residential developments ranging from large scale schemes of 1300 units to one off refurbishment projects.
     
    The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
    • Preparing and issuing tenders, analysing returns, and negotiating subcontractor packages

    • Reviewing drawings to define scopes of work and ensure accurate cost planning

    • Managing monthly cost reports, forecasts, and subcontractor accounts

    • Attending site meetings, providing commercial input, and supporting project teams

    • Monitoring subcontractor performance and resolving commercial issues

    • Preparing valuations, payments, and final account settlements while maintaining clear project records

  • What we'd like in return...

    • Bsc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent 

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • High level of analytical skills

    • Excellent numeracy skills

    • Good negotiating skills

    • Strong project co-ordination skills

    • Computer literate

    • Full UK Driving Licence (willingness to travel to variable site locations)

    • CSCS Card
