Marketing Coordinator

A little bit about the role...
Due to growth within Weston Homes, we have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join the team at our Takeley headquarters and work on dynamic marketing campaigns, ensuring our award-winning homes are prominent in the market-place. If you excel in a team-oriented setting and have a passion for property marketing, we’d love to hear from you!

In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting with the planning, development and execution of campaigns and producing assets across both digital and offline channels, ensuring consistency in branding and creative excellence. You'll work closely with our sales teams and external creative agencies to drive engagement to achieve sales targets.
What will you be responsible for?

Support the planning, development and production of online and offline marketing assets for future and current developments including brand identity, brochures, adverts, social media content, CGIs, photography and video content.

Support the planning and delivery of effective marketing campaigns for sales launches, events, exhibitions and community engagement initiatives.

Assist with the coordination, approval and execution of weekly email marketing campaigns, ensuring effective messaging and audience targeting.

Ensuring all online channels are up-to-date to support sales including, but not limited to, property portals, social media accounts, Google, Meta and the corporate website.

Monitor, evaluate and produce reports on website traffic and customer data.

Process invoices and have involvement with marketing budgets ensuring activity is within budget and provides maximum return on investment.

Liaison with suppliers for customer gifts and completion assets and ensuring stock levels are maintained.

Coordination and management of all marketing printed marketing collateral.

Market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on competitor activity.
What we'd like in return...
- Experience in property marketing, ideally new homes
- A relevant marketing qualification (preferred)
- Experience with Photoshop and InDesign (preferred)
- Excellent copywriting and verbal skills
- A proactive, results-driven approach with an exceptional eye for detail
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, e.g. social media
- Budget management skills
- Ability to work within deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
